Requirements :
1) Films completed after : January 01, 2011
2) Maximum duration : 20 minutes
3) Country of production : all
4) Screening format : 35 mm, Quicktime 1080p (Videocodec: H.264/MPEG-4 AVC / Audiocodec: AAC)
5) Accepted genres : animation, fiction, documentary

Films submitted will be considered for the following competitions:
- International Films for Children Competition (age 4 to 12)
- International Films for Youth Competition (age 12 and up)
- all other festival categories (Documentary, Environment, Kindergarten Programmes, Language Programmes English/Spanish/French)
- and for the interfilm 30th International Short Film Festival Berlin
