The 10th Annual Camden International Film Festival (CIFF), highlights innovative work that shows a deep commitment to the craft of nonfiction storytelling, showcasing over 80 documentary features and shorts from around the globe. More than just a film a festival, CIFF is a celebration of indelible stories, and a unique opportunity to engage with fellow filmmakers, media artists, and audiences in an intimate, coastal setting ideal for networking.
CIFF is one of only 14 qualifying festivals for the annual Cinema Eye Honors for Non-Fiction Filmmaking, and also hosts the Points North Documentary Forum, a career-making platform dedicated to providing emerging and established documentarians with opportunities for professional development and inspiration. Participants in this forum have include HBO, BBC, Participant Media, PBS, The Tribeca Film Institute, and the Sundance Institute among others.

The 4th Annual Roswell International Sci-Fi Film Festival & Screenwriting Contest (RISF), brings science-fiction and fantasy writers together for a thrilling journey to the boundaries of filmmaking and beyond. With the aim of bringing great stories from script to screen in only a week, RISF's "Shoot Out" competition scours submissions for extraordinary short scripts that can then be transformed into unforgettable cinema. Five winners of the "Shoot Out" contest will each net a cool $1,500 USD, as well as the crew members and equipment necessary to make their films a reality.
Hosted in the belly of the "UFO capital of the world," RISF is alive with mystery and suspense, welcoming finished sci-fi, fantasy, and thriller films in both its short-form and feature-length categories. Narrative, documentary, and animated genres round out an exceptional festival experience for all who dare to visit.
