1) Films completed after : January, 1st 2012
2) Maximum duration : 40 minutes
3) Country of production : Brazil (main country of production)
4) Screening format : 35mm, 16mm, .mov or .mpeg-4, mkv (on CD/DVD-R, USB pen drive, external HDD or through internet upload using FTP)
5) Accepted genres : All genres (except institutional and advertising films)

INTERNATIONAL COMPETITION

2) Maximum duration : 40 minutes
3) Country of production : all (except Brazil)
4) Screening format : 35mm, 16mm, .mov or .mpeg-4, mkv (on CD/DVD-R, USB pen drive, external HDD or through internet upload using FTP)
5) Accepted genres : All (except industrial institutional or advertising films)
6) Dialogues : If the dialogues are not in English or Portuguese, the preview DVD must have subtitles in one of those languages.
